Service Description

1hr individual session for NEW CLIENTS to evaluate goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity to develop - followed by a training recommendation suited to the athlete's skill level.

Cancellation Policy

For Individual & Dual Training, we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Refunds will NOT be issued to clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled service. No-Call-No-Shows will no longer be eligible to book individual or dual training sessions with GRB trainers.
